Title: Visas: Electronic Visa Information Update System | |
Abstract:
Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS) -- There is now a requirement for nonimmigrant aliens who hold a passport issued by an identified country containing a U.S. nonimmigrant visa of a designated category to enroll in EVUS and provide periodic updates to their information, to preserve the validity of their visa. If they fail to comply with the EVUS requirements, their visa is automatically revoked. |
