Title: ●Visas: Priority Date of a Preference Visa Applicant 
Abstract:

This notice of proposed rulemaking would amend regulations at 22 CFR 42.53 to provide that a spouse or child of a principal applicant is entitled to the priority date of the principal alien only if acquired prior to the issuance of an immigrant visa to the principal alien, with certain exceptions.
