Abstract:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to propose regulations addressing filing requirements for the Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions (Form N-648), a process to designate and revoke the status of licensed physicians authorized to complete Form N-648, and other changes designed to enhance the integrity of the N-648 process.
