Title: Amendments to the Marine Radar Observer Refresher Training Regulations 
Abstract:

This rule allows U.S. merchant mariners with sufficient and relevant, recent sea service to harmonize the expiration dates of both their Merchant Mariner Credential and its radar observer endorsement, as well as maintaining the validity of their Merchant Mariner Credential’s radar observer endorsement without completing formal recertification training.
