Abstract: The Department will issue these final regulations to establish a priority for the Indian Education Demonstration Grants Program, relating to Native Youth Community Projects (NYCP), that reflects the Secretary's priorities and lessons learned from the previous NYCP priority, as well as technical revisions required as a result of the reauthorization of the program.
