Title: Procedures for the Export of Electricity  
Abstract:

The Department of Energy (DOE) is updating the administrative procedures regarding applications to export electricity to a foreign country under the Federal Power Act, section 202(e). The procedures differ from the original rules set forth in 10 CFR parts 205.300-309 by clarifying procedural instructions and updating the procedures to better reflect changes in the industry and changes to DOE policy.
