Title: ●Revisions to the Office of Hearings and Appeals Procedural Regulations | |
Abstract:
The Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) plans to propose an extensive rewrite of part 1003. While several sections of the proposed regulation would be preserved from the current regulation, the majority of the current regulation would be repealed by the proposed regulation.
