Title: Amendments to CCE Reporting Requirements 
Abstract:

The Department plans to seek public input on specific ways to reduce burdens associated with its certification, compliance, and enforcement regulations.  The regulatory amendments would lead to a corresponding reduction in paperwork requirements for the information collection approved under OMB Control No. 1910-1400, Certification Reports, Compliance Statements, Application for a Test Procedure Waiver, and Recordkeeping for Consumer Products and Commercial/Industrial Equipment subject to Energy or Water Conservation Standards Package.
