Title: ●Energy Conservation Standards for Dedicated-Purpose Pool Pump Motors | |
Abstract:
On September 11, 2018, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) published a notification of petition from a variety of entities (collectively, the Joint Stakeholders or the Petitioners) asking DOE to issue a direct final rule for energy conservation standards for dedicated-purpose pool pump (DPPP) motors. On February 2, 2019, the petitioners amended their petition to request that DOE issue a direct final rule establishing labeling requirements for DPPP motors. Based on the review of public comments and data received in response to this petition, DOE proposes to respond to that petition. |
