Title: ●General Provisions Amendments to 40 CFR Part 62: Incorporation by Reference of State Plans 
Abstract:

This action proposes to amend the General Provisions of 40 CFR part 62 to clarify the process by which state plans are incorporated by reference into this part. The new text would state that these plan and plan revisions will be approved for incorporation by reference by the Director of the Federal Register in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51. This is to clarify previously used vague language that noted that the state plans were incorporated by reference” into part 62.
