Title: Pesticides; Administrative Corrections and Removal of Obsolete Information 
Abstract:

EPA is developing a proposal to remove certain information from its existing pesticide regulations that is now out-of-date or obsolete. Removing this information or replacing it with up-to-date information will provide clearer and more reliable information to those seeking to register a pesticide product. EPA does not intend for this rulemaking to involve any substantive changes to the existing requirements.
