Title: Amendment to Excessive Tarmac Delay Definition | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking would amend carrier obligations with respect to excessive tarmac delays in DOT's regulations for certain situations to conform with changes made in the FAA Extension, Safety, and Security Act of 2016. This rulemaking would also change a requirement that carriers notify passengers onboard an aircraft every 30 minutes about the status of the delay. |
