Title: Recognition of Pilot in Command Experience in the Military and in Part 121 Air Carrier Operations 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would allow pilots with 121 pilot in command (PIC) experience prior to July 31, 2013, but who were not serving as a PIC on the date, to count that time towards the 1,000 hours of air carrier experience required to serve as a PIC in part 121 today.
