Abstract:

This rulemaking would repeal 23 CFR part 652 – Pedestrian and Bicycle Accommodations and Projects. This regulation has been obsolete and inconsistent with title 23 United States Code since the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act was enacted in 1991.
