Title: ●Elimination of On-the-Job Training/Apprenticeship Trainee Certification 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this proposed rule to amend existing regulations to implement the provision of section 3 of the Veterans Apprenticeship and Labor Opportunity Reform Act (Public Law 115-89) to remove the regulatory requirements for veterans and other eligible persons to certify their training and to leave intact the requirement of the employer or training establishment for certifying training time for veterans and other eligible persons in on-the-job training and apprenticeship.
