Title: Commission on Civil Rights--Update and Revision 
Abstract:

The Commission proposes to update and revise its current regulations, 45 CFR 701, 702, 703, 704 and 708.  45 CFR 701 identifies the organization and functions of the Commission. 45 CFR 702 covers administrative practice and procedure and the Sunshine Act. 45 CFR 703 relates to the operation and functions of State Advisory Committees. 45 CFR 704 addresses information disclosure and communications, including but not limited to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552). 45 CFR 708 addresses claims against government employees.
