Abstract:
We are issuing a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to 41 CFR 51 to address inconsistencies within the chapter or with the Federal Acquisition Regulation addressing the Javits-Wagner-O’Day Act or the AbilityOne Program. This rule was originally published in 1991 and these revisions will clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Committee. |
