Title: Segregation of Assets Held as Collateral in Uncleared Swap Transactions; Amendments 
Abstract:

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("Commission") has proposed amendments to certain regulations for swap dealers governing notification of counterparties of their right to segregate initial margin for uncleared swaps and the handling of segregated initial margin. The amendments would clarify certain requirements and provide implementation flexibility to improve compliance and reduce regulatory burdens.
