Abstract:

The Federal Maritime Commission proposes to amend its regulations at 46 CFR part 535 governing the filing, review, and monitoring of ocean common carrier and marine terminal operator agreements to increase transparency and public input in the agreement review process in furtherance of the Commission's Plan for Retrospective Review of existing rules.
