Title: Suitability, Fitness and Credentialing Vetting 
Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing to revise its regulations governing suitability determinations and actions, and to issue regulations regarding determinations for fitness and credentialing. The proposed rule change will implement new requirements of Executive Order 13467 as amended, relating to processes for suitability and fitness for employment and credentialing vetting. The rule will address suitability, fitness and credentialing vetting standards in order to strengthen and ensure a secure, efficient, timely, reciprocal and aligned system for vetting.
