Abstract:
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management is issuing a proposed regulation to allow noncompetitive reinstatement at any grade level an individual may qualify for under noncompetitive procedures. The proposed regulation is for 5 CFR 315 subpart D Career and Career-Conditional Employment by Reinstatement and will also effect parts 330 and 335. |
