Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement regulatory changes proposed by the Small Business Administration regarding the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. The proposed regulatory changes are intended to reduce the regulatory burden associated with the HUBZone Program.
