Title: ●Common Crop Insurance Regulations: Rice Crop Insurance Provisions 
Abstract:

The rule will amend the Common Crop Insurance Regulations, Rice Crop Insurance Provisions for the 2020 and succeeding crop years to allow for new irrigation practices and change the cancellation and termination dates in certain States to align with other row crops to implement the changes contained in the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018.  Specifically, the rule will add an additional cancellation and termination date of March 15 and allow additional irrigation practices to be specified in the Special Provisions.
