This rule will amend the Common Crop Insurance Regulations Sugar Beet Crop Insurance Provisions. These changes resulted from public comments received on the final rule with request for comment, published in the Federal Register on September 10, 2018, at 83 FR 45535-45539. This rule will make changes in response to the comments. Specifically, this rule will make changes such as: clarify potential misunderstandings; facilitate an insurance provider’s timely determination of proper acreage and liability and coverage; and address situations that were previously not outlined in the policy, such as salvage value production determinations.
