Abstract:

The rule will amend the General Administrative Regulations, subpart V-Submission of Policies, Provisions, of Policies, Rates of Premium, and Non-Reinsured Supplemental Policies to implement the changes contained in the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (commonly referred to as the 2018 Farm Bill). The changes include amending when and the way in which user fees must be reviewed, changing the persons who have access to confidential information, revising the wage rate and benefit calculations, and allowing for, at the Board’s discretion, a waiver for the marketability and viability of any hemp concept proposals.
