Abstract: The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) made mandatory changes to several programs administered by the Electric Program of the Rural Utilities Service. The final rule will make revisions to 7 CFR parts 1710, 1720, and 1785 to adopt the statutory changes made by the 2018 Farm Bill, including: SEC. 6501. Amendments to Section 2 of the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 (a) Electric Loan Refinancing SEC. 6503. Cushion of Credit Payments Program SEC. 6505.
