Title: Proposed Amendments to the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances for October 2018 Recommendations (Crops and Handling).  
Abstract:

The National List is a list of substances that can be used in organic farming, handling, and processing. This action would make two changes to the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances (National List) based on recommendations that the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) submitted to the Secretary.
