Title: Revise the Plant Variety Protection Regulations and Rules of Practice 
Abstract:

This proposed rule invites comments on a proposal to revise the Plant Variety Protection Regulations and Rules of Practice. This action is mandated by the 2018 Farm Bill amendment to the Plant Variety Protection Act and requirement that AMS complete regulation changes to implement the amendment.
