Title: ●Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations: Two-Year Administrative Funding Availability 
Abstract:

This rule would revise Federal regulations for the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) at 7 CFR 253.11(i) on the period of availability of FDPIR administrative funds to align with statutory changes made by section 4003 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Pub. L. 115-334, the 2018 Farm Bill). The 2018 Farm Bill requires FDPIR administrative funds to remain available for obligation at the Indian Tribal Organization (ITO) and State agency level for a period of two Federal fiscal years (FY).
