Title: Rule to Revise the Record Retention Period for Fishery Management Plans That Require Vessel Trip Reports 
Abstract:

The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council may recommend that the record retention period for fishery management plans that require vessel trip reports be revised to reduce regulatory burden. This proposed action would implement the recommendation.
