Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revision of the Regulations for Designating Critical Habitat 
Abstract:

Pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and NMFS will jointly revise the regulations at 50 CFR 424 for the designation of critical habitat to clarify its consideration of the benefits of both including and excluding specific habitat segments in such designations.
