Title: ●Rule for the Florida Keys Management Review: Blueprint for Restoration 
Abstract:

NOAA will be proposing revisions to the regulations for managing the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking may include changes to the sanctuary boundary, changes to the size, location and restrictions of specially managed areas within the sanctuary, and changes to sanctuary wide management regulations.
