Title: Amendment to Licensing Requirements for Exports to Canada of Shotguns, Shotgun Shells and Optical Sighting Devices Under the Export Administration Regulations 
Abstract:

The Bureau of Industry and Security action would amend the licensing requirements in the Export Administration Regulations for items controlled under Export Control Classification Numbers 0A984, 0A986, and 0A987 to Canada. This amendment would support the effort to streamline licensing requirements for exports to allies and partners consistent with U.S. multilateral obligations and subject to appropriate monitoring measures.
