Title: Amendment to Licensing Policy for Items Controlled for Crime Control Reasons | |
Abstract:
In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by revising the license review policy for items controlled for natural security reasons (NS). BIS amends the licensing policy by stating that export or reexport applications for such NS items may be reviewed for human rights concerns. |
