Title: Amendments to the Export Administration Regulations: Corrections and Clarifications 
Abstract:

In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to correct several inadvertent omissions, which include duplicative and obsolete provisions. This rule also makes several clarifications to ensure consistency and accuracy in EAR provisions.
