Title: ●Temporary General License: Extension of Validity, Clarifications to Authorized Transactions, and Changes to Certification Statement Requirements 
Abstract:

On May 22, 2019, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) published a final rule, Temporary General License. The May 22 final rule created a temporary general license that partially restores, for a specified time period, the licensing requirements and policies under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) for exports, reexports, and transfers (in-country) to Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (Huawei) and the sixty-eight of its non-U.S. affiliates that were added to the Entity List in Supplement No. 4 to part 744 on May 16, 2019. This final makes certain modifications to the temporary general license.
