Title: Claims, Foreign Claims, Government Employees, Military Personnel 
Abstract:

This rule contains amendments for policy changes, clarifications, and deletions for the Air Force guidance on administrative claims for and against the Air Force for monetary damages. This rule is being revised to remove internal policy unnecessary for the public, reduce the length of the regulation, and make it easier for the public to determine methods to file a claim for money damages against the Air Force and the conditions under which they may be held liable for damages they impose.
