Title: ●Naval Defensive Sea Areas 
Abstract:

This final rule makes administrative edits to a Department of the Navy regulation providing regulations governing the entry of persons, ships, and aircraft into Naval Defensive Sea Areas, Naval Airspace Reservations, and areas the Navy administers. References to "trust territories" will be updated to reflect the current names of the territories.  References to repealed and superseded laws, regulations, and orders will be removed or updated. Titles of commands and commanders will be updated, and content from 32 CFR 765.6, Regulations for Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, will be relocated in this part based on its subject matter. This modification supports a recommendation of the Regulatory Reform Task Force.
