Abstract:

DoD is amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to partially implement section 812 of National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019, which repeals the Temporary Authority to Contract With Local and State Governments for Performance of Security Functions at United States Military Installations under Section 1010 of the USA Patriot Act of 2001 (Pub. L. 107-56).
