Abstract:

DoD is amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 871 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018. Section 871 adds new section 10 U.S.C. 2322a, Requirement for consideration of certain matters during acquisition of noncommercial computer software.
