Title: ●Background Checks on Individuals in DoD Child Care Services 
Abstract:

This regulatory action proposes to remove internal policy from a rule which describes requirements for criminal history background checks, including reinvestigation and self-reporting, for individuals involved with delivering child care services. The internal policy will continue to be publicly available on a DoD web site. This amendment supports a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
