Title: Secure Electronic Prior Authorization for Part D Drugs (CMS-4189-F) 
Abstract:

This final rule implements provisions of the Substance Use Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act (SUPPORT Act), which require the adoption of technical standards for the Part D program that will help ensure secure electronic prior authorization request and response transmissions.
