Title: ●Right-of-Way Bonding  
Abstract:

This regulatory action would update the bonding procedures for ROWs on BLM managed public land. The proposed rule would change the Bureau of Land Management’s right-of-way regulations by revising the bonding portion of the regulations to make them clearer and easier to understand, which will facilitate efficient bond calculations.
