Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Tidewater Goby
Abstract:

We will reassess the listing status of the tidewater goby (Eucyclogobius newberryi), a fish found in California, which is currently listed as endangered. Our revised proposed determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication, which means that we may propose to downlist or delist the species, unless we determine that no change in status is warranted.
