Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Section 4(d) Rule for the Trispot Darter  
Abstract:

We will finalize a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act to provide measures necessary and advisable for the conservation of the trispot darter (Etheostoma trisella). This fish is found in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee and is listed as threatened. A rulemaking action to designate critical habitat for this species is at RIN 1018-BD40.
