Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Upper Missouri River Distinct Population Segment of the Arctic Grayling 
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the Upper Missouri River distinct population segment of Arctic grayling (Thymallus arcticus) under the Endangered Species Act. This fish is found in Montana. We will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
