Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the West Coast Distinct Population Segment of Fisher
Abstract:

We will propose to designate critical habitat for the west coast distinct population segment (DPS) of fisher (Pekania pennanti) under the Endangered Species Act, if prudent and determinable. This mammal is found in California, Oregon, and Washington. We are developing a listing determination as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BD85).
