Abstract:
The National Park Service is proposing to allow for the use of bicycles on approximately 75 miles of trail throughout Whiskeytown National Recreation Area. National Park Service regulations require promulgation of a special regulation to designate new routes for bicycles off park roads and outside developed areas. |
