Title: ●Civil Penalties; 2020 Inflation Adjustments for Civil Monetary Penalties 
Abstract:

This final rule will adjust the amount of civil penalties for violations of Indian Affairs’ regulations based upon inflation. The inflation adjustments have been directed under the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 (Act) and the adjustment amount determined pursuant to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance.
