Title: Implementation of the USA Patriot Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005 Regarding Trafficking in Contraband Cigarettes or Smokeless Tobacco 
Abstract:

The Department of Justice is proposing to amend the regulations of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) to implement a provision of the USA Patriot Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005 regarding trafficking in contraband cigarettes or smokeless tobacco. Section 121 of the Act contains several amendments to the Contraband Cigarette Trafficking Act, 18 U.S.C. chapter 114.
